Image Distribution manages the worldwide distribution services of a variety of financial and retail clients. Inbound Goods
Image Distribution has it's own vehicles and is able to pick up shipments from the main harbour and airport. We also have strong links with all the local handlers and will be able to negotiate competitive rates for larger inbound shipments. All inbound goods are thoroughly checked before being 'accepted' and entered into our stock management systems.

Customs & Excise
The Bailiwick of Guernsey has entered into a VAT prepayment scheme with the UK whereby VAT on eligible goods can be paid monthly in arrears by authorised companies. This means that the end customer is not required to pay import taxes or VAT on receipt of goods. On behalf of our customers we are able to produce VAT reports and liaise with the Guernsey Post Office who will issue an invoice on a monthly basis.

Order Instructions
We are able to receive orders in whichever format best suits our customers. If required we are also able to format and print out invoices and the required Customs and Excise CN22 Declarations labels. Please note that in order to maximise the savings available through the £18 VAT exemption de minimus it may on occasion be beneficial to 'split' orders into one or more packages.

Dispatch
Goods are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of order Monday through to Friday. Goods dispatched from Guernsey to the UK generally arrive at their destinations within 48 hours. Furthermore due to the bulk discounts that Image Distribution has negotiated the postal costs are usually less than those for a UK to UK delivery. A special delivery service that requires a signature on receipt and includes insurance and tracking is available. Image Distribution also has strong ties with the local courier companies and will be able to negotiate competitive rates on your behalf.
