Developed in-house our e-commerce solutions are built using PHP and MySQL. Fully scalable and currently processing hundreds of transactions a day across our ecommerce customers you will have the peace of mind that comes from knowing you are using a tried and tested solution.

The e-commerce suite comprises a number of inter-related modules, the main ones of which are described below:

• Account Management. This module enables you to add/edit/remove administrators, edit access rights to the different modules and edit passwords.
• Order Processing. This module will enable you to manage orders from receipt through to dispatch. Linked to your chosen Payment Service Provider (PSP) we will advise on the setup of the fraud protection rules which are built into this module. Customer invoices, address labels and dispatch emails are all managed from this module.
• Stock Management. Whether you operate on a just-in-time basis, hold stock or a combination of both our stock module will enable you to continuously monitor and manage your stock position. You can add/edit/remove products and associated data, add images, link supplier details, set purchase prices and set up automatic ordering.
• Reporting. In addition to the standard sales, product, orders and audit reports we are able to set up bespoke reports as required.

Whilst our e-commerce system can be described as 'off the shelf' in that it is wholely developed and currently running a number of ecommerce sites. We know that every business has its own unique requirements and that a degree of bespoke work is always required. To that end our system is fully configurable and can be 'tweaked' to accommodate even the most unusual of business requirements.
